REVOLUTIONIZING RARE EARTH AND CRITICAL MINERAL PROCESSING

01 ABOUT

OUR EXPERTISE

The United States possesses vast reserves of critical minerals, however, they remain locked inside of waste products like e-waste, mine tailings and other industrial residues.  American Renewable Metals, LLC (ARM) has developed a proprietary breakthrough technology that can rapidly scale on modular, skid-mounted systems in order to address this "processing bottleneck" and create a sustainable domestic supply chain for rare earth elements and other critical minerals.

ARM’s transformational technology is a multi-purpose processing platform that produces high-purity critical minerals and valuable metal co-products through selective leaching, continuous ion exchange and simulated moving bed chromatography into a single, closed-loop process.  Once metals are transferred into solution, the platform is feedstock agnostic, enabling selective separation and high- purification of complex multi-metal mixtures.  This integrated, continuous approach represents a profound and fundamental departure from conventional solvent extraction by delivering high-purity functional metal products suitable for direct use in U.S. manufacturing while minimizing secondary waste, shortening processing timelines, and reducing CapEx and OpEx.

Welcome to American Renewable Metals, LLC (ARM)! ARM is a rare earth element and critical mineral processing company established in 2019 as a veteran-owned business in Bessemer, Alabama.  ARM's proprietary simulated moving bed chromatography platform technology enables high-purity rare earth element and other critical minerals production by processing complex e-waste, mining, and industrial waste feedstocks at a fraction of the time and cost when compared to existing processes.
